When the fluff is in contact with the negative electrode, since the conductivity of the electrode is higher than that of the fluff, a conductive current will be generated in the fiber, and the fluff will generate a negative electrostatic charge, which makes the fluff have great straightness and flying in the electric field. The speed falls vertically to the base cloth with the adhesive pattern printed on the screen, forming exquisite suede graphics. In the electrostatic flocking process, the fluff is not only charged due to contact, but also charged due to the polarization of the incoming electric field, which ensures that the fluff moves in the direction of the positive plate, and promotes the fluff to rotate continuously in a uniform electric field, so that the fluff stands upright in the direction of the positive plate. The surface of the base fabric will not lie flat on it.
